1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website kerrvilleinsulation.com (the "Site") or by engaging Kerrville Insulation ("we," "us," or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. Description of Services

Kerrville Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Kerrville, TX and surrounding communities. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, and related work. The Site is informational in nature. Submitting a form on the Site does not create a contract for services.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any pricing information displayed on the Site is provided for general reference only and does not constitute a binding quote. Actual pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, site conditions, and other factors assessed during an in-person estimate.

A written estimate will be provided prior to the start of any work. Work will not begin until a written estimate has been reviewed and approved by the customer. Any changes to the scope of work requested after approval may result in a revised estimate and adjusted pricing.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. We will make reasonable efforts to honor all scheduled dates, but we reserve the right to reschedule in the event of weather conditions, crew emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if a change is needed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a service fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be set out in the written estimate or contract provided for each project. In general:

• A deposit may be required prior to scheduling installation for larger projects.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are made in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts through all legal means available.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure work is completed safely and on schedule, customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date.
• Removing personal property, stored items, or furniture from the work area prior to crew arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Disclosing any known hazards, pre-existing damage, or conditions in the work area that may affect the project.
• Following all re-entry and safety guidelines provided by the crew after installation (particularly for spray foam projects).

7. Warranty Disclaimers

We stand behind our work. Any warranty coverage specific to your project will be described in the written estimate or contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the terms set by the respective manufacturers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerrville Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any service we provide. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Kerrville Insulation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Kerrville Insulation regarding services rendered or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first at quotes@kerrvilleinsulation.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration or mediation in Kerr County, Texas, before initiating any legal action, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kerr County, Texas.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
